CAMP – FENCING AND PHYSICAL TRAINING SESSIONS
TOURNAMENT

KEY FEATURES

Beginners welcome to join!

You can participate in both camps and competitions as a beginner. In camps, coaches and assistants provide guidance tailored to the players’ levels, so anyone can join. You don’t need to worry about your skill level.

NOT ONLY FENCING

In fencing, physical training is essential. This camp offers fitness checks and physical training programs, providing valuable opportunities for skill enhancement that will benefit you in the future.

Opportunities for international exchange

You’ll have the chance to become friends with players from other countries as you spend time together in matches and camps!

Direct coaching by top coaches

At the camp, led by former Japan national team coaches, you’ll receive direct coaching. It’s a rare opportunity to receive coaching at the professional level.

Compete against guest players!

Top-tier players, including current Japan national team members, will join the camp as guests. Expect high-level training sessions.

Feel confident even if you’re attending alone!

At the camp, our staff values autonomy and teamwork and will provide support. You’ll make plenty of friends, so it’s perfectly fine to attend alone! We’ll also keep parents informed daily about the camp activities, so they can feel reassured.

Head coach’s message

“We focus on building careers for children through fencing. Fencing is a sport that requires a high level of physical ability and quick judgment, which is extremely important for children’s development. We try to teach these skills appropriately in a fun and free space. Let’s work together to improve your fencing skills in Hakone.”

faq

You have questions. wE have answers.
What happens in case of accidents or disasters?

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and hygiene of our facilities and programs, in the event of injury or illness to your child, we will promptly coordinate with local medical facilities to provide assistance. Additionally, in the event of natural disasters or other emergencies requiring evacuation, we will guide your child to designated evacuation areas specified by the authorities. For inquiries, please contact your respective club.

Is it okay if I’m participating for the first time and don’t have any friends?

This training camp provides a great opportunity to experience communal living away from family. While emphasizing autonomy and teamwork, our staff will ensure that groups naturally form bonds. The friendships fostered in this camp will become lifelong memories.

What is the response protocol if someone falls ill on-site?

If a player complains of feeling unwell or sustains an injury during the camp, they will be taken to the nearest hospital or clinic for examination. If diagnosed with influenza (or any other contagious illness) or if continuing the camp is deemed impossible, they will either be isolated or picked up by their guardians. Please note that transportation expenses for pick-up will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
